This corporate campus for Ferrado U.S. transformed an underused property into a vibrant modern workplace. The buildings received many upgrades, but for this project, the grounds and property were the focus of the most significant improvements, dramatically enhancing the employee and visitor experience throughout. Along with the addition of collaborative and flexible work spaces, a greater overall emphasis on usability was given to exterior and outdoor green spaces.

The strong architectural patterns of the angular glass towers were mimicked in the hardscaped plazas below, which created the illusion of reflection. A variety of unique outdoor spaces were designed including a recreation zone, tree-covered outdoor cooking station, shaded dining terrace, bocce ball court, outdoor ping-pong area, lounging patio with sofas and casual seating, roof decks, a coffee bar, a convenience kiosk, and secluded wellness nooks. Dramatic night lighting extends the usable hours of the campus, creating an inviting evening atmosphere as well. Interestingly, the monolithic concrete benches, shaded by groves of Phoenix Date Palms, are the most used and playful features of the renovated site.

The entire corporate campus is now a modern, relaxing and productive work environment.
